it was awful - i consumed 1900 calories. its okay though because tomorrow i will burn 1600 calories, meaning that i will have infact only consumed 300 as per usual.
however today i had a major meltdown when i looked in the mirror and realised how thick my stomach is. it's HUGE!!!
Also, does anyone know the size 0 measurements??
and if a BFP is actually any use because mine says i'm obese/ does anyone have an accurate calculator?

a true size 0, by haute couture standards anyway, is around 32-22-32.
ReplyDeletealthough I've occasionally seen some couture designers aim for an even smaller silhouette (like another inch or so each, i.e. 30-20-30 or 31-21-31) but those are rare - and usually one-offs - and considered a 00 not a 0. Also, it's very hard to find those measurements on fashion models, esp. at their typical heights of 5'9"+
ReplyDelete32-22-32/33-23-33 can be a zero depending on how your built. I'm 35-24.5-35 and a size 2. From the measurements you listed you either are a size 0 or are very close to it.
