apples are 75 cals and carrots are pretty dense with less water so it has more cals than a lot of other fruits/veg...cucumber, celery, spinach, or hard boiled egg egg whites (10cal/egg) are better to eat
ReplyDeleteapples do have 50cals and a whole hard boiled egg has about 80/90 cals cucumber is good :)
