apples, carrot and pepper

These foods are god sends. Delicious on their own and very low cals.
Apple - 53 cals
Carrot - 17 cals
Pepper - 5 (green) 18 (red and yellow)

I shall continue to eat them and maybe one day i'll reach my targets...

  1. apples are 75 cals and carrots are pretty dense with less water so it has more cals than a lot of other fruits/veg...cucumber, celery, spinach, or hard boiled egg egg whites (10cal/egg) are better to eat

  2. apples do have 50cals and a whole hard boiled egg has about 80/90 cals cucumber is good :)
